Inua Advocacy has donated 100 reflectors to Dowa police and community policing in Dzaleka refugee camp.
According to Inua litigation Manager Temwanani Regina Mposi the donation aims at building a good working relation between the organization, police and community policing in Dzaleka to combat crime.
Mposi also urged other stakeholders to join forces with the police in reducing crime rates citing that it is not only the duty of the police to curb the vice.
In his speech assistant commissioner of police and Dowa police in charge Almakio Daka expressed gratitude for the donation saying the reflectors will help to improve security in Dzaleka as community policing volunteers will be motivated to do their work easily.
However, Daka appealed to the organization and other stakeholders to help them with bicycles to ease mobility challenges they are currently facing.
Inua advocacy was created to advocate rights of refugees in Malawi.
